The FPi 5700 transforms mailroom operations by automating document folding, insertion, and envelope sealing at production scale. An intuitive, full-color high-definition touchscreen drives a system that delivers up to 4,000 finished pieces per hour with envelopes sealed, stacked, and ready to go.
Up to six intelligent feed stations — standard feeders hold 325 sheets, high-capacity feeders hold 725 sheets of 20# paper — can be tailored to the job, with Feeder-Swap for on-the-fly reloads and a high-capacity envelope stacker for uninterrupted runs. Standard double-feed detection on every feeder plus optional OMR, OCR, and barcode (1D & 2D) reading make the FPi 5700 a strong fit for regulated or high-value mailings such as statements, EOBs, and policy mailings.
