Overview
The FPi 6700 is built for organizations with the most demanding mailroom needs. It automates folding, inserting, sealing, and stacking at up to 4,300 finished pieces per hour and supports an 80,000-piece monthly duty cycle — the high end of the FPi family.
Up to six smart full-sheet feeders plus a dedicated VersaFeeder for thick media or business reply envelopes give the FPi 6700 the flexibility to combine statements, inserts, BRE envelopes, and fulfillment pieces in a single pass. Two high-capacity exits hold up to 1,500 finished envelopes, and on-the-fly envelope loading keeps production running without stopping the line. A Prefold Accumulator boosts effective throughput on heavy fold jobs, and FP’s Document Intelligence Software — paired with optional OMR, OCR, and barcode (1D & 2D) reading — provides full mail-piece integrity for regulated or high-value mailings.
