Overview

FlexMail is the complete variable data printing solution. It connects to your mailing lists, cleanses and organizes addresses, lets you design professional envelopes and flyers, and applies the postal logic needed to qualify for USPS® discounts — all from one Windows desktop application.

Address quality

CASS address validation and NCOA registry checks ensure your list is deliverable and current before a single piece hits the mail stream. Duplicate elimination removes redundant pieces so you pay postage only on the recipients you actually want to reach. Lists can be sorted into ZIP-code presort order to unlock additional discounts.

Design tools

The envelope and mail-piece designer accepts graphics, logos, indicia, IMb and other barcodes, and ORL. Layouts work with any printer you already own — there is no proprietary hardware requirement — and the interface is friendly enough that marketing staff can produce production-ready files without IT involvement.

FlexMail ships in three editions sized to the workload, from light-volume desktop use up to high-throughput mail-shop production.
