FlexStream

Overview

FlexStream is a document processing solution that automates the workflow between your line-of-business systems and your inserter or email channel. Load PDFs in, enhance and reorganize the content, add the scancodes your folder/inserter needs to keep every page in the right envelope, and route each document to the right delivery channel — physical mail or secure tracked email.

Document integrity

Scancodes (OMR, 1D BCR, or 2D barcodes) are added to each page so an FP folder inserter can verify that the right pages land in the right envelope. The result is auditable, recipient-correct mail for invoices, statements, and other business-critical and sensitive communications.

Enhance and optimize

Add marketing text, graphics, logos, or barcodes during processing. Combine multiple documents addressed to the same recipient into a single envelope to reduce postage, run address correction, and apply postal-discount logic — all before the file reaches the inserter.

Channel selection

Per-document channel selection lets you route to physical mail or to secure, tracked email depending on each recipient’s preference, so you can shrink your print/postage bill where it makes sense without losing audit trail.
