Overview
The OnSite FD 8704CC pairs commercial-grade paper shredding with a dedicated multimedia infeed, so a single machine handles documents and the optical media or USB drives that accompany them. The paper side accepts up to 45 sheets at a time and produces 5/32” x 1 5/8” cross-cut particles; a separate slot is sized for CDs, DVDs, mini DV tapes, and USBs.
An LED control panel with AutoStart, AutoStop, and AutoReverse keeps operation routine, while ECO Mode drops the machine to standby after 5 minutes of inactivity. Heat-treated steel blades, an all-metal cabinet, and a 28-gallon waste bin make the 8704CC a compact-but-capable answer for offices that need both paper and small-media destruction in one footprint.
