Q-Trak

Overview

Q-Trak is a cloud-based inbound package tracking solution that monitors packages from the moment they enter the facility through final recipient delivery. It eliminates lost packages and the time spent hunting for them — colleges and universities, coworking spaces, property managers, hotels, conference centers, and mailrooms all use it to keep an unbroken digital chain of custody.

How it works

Q-Trak converts a standard mobile device — iPhone, iPad, or Android — into a high-speed scanner. Use the device camera to capture the carrier tracking number and the recipient’s name from the shipping label. Information transfers in real-time to a secure cloud database, where it is searchable and reportable.

Delivery and chain of custody

At delivery, the same mobile device becomes a digital signature pad — the recipient signs on the screen and the signature is filed with the package record. If the package needs to be rerouted, a few taps on the touch interface update the destination without losing the audit trail.

Reporting

Monthly reports cover package volume and recipient distribution. Because the platform is cloud-based, reports and live status are accessible from any internet-connected device, from any location.
