Overview

TRAXsuite is a cloud-based inbound parcel management platform that gives organizations full traceability over packages, mail, and assets from the moment they enter the building. Define what arrived, who it belongs to, where it is, and who has signed for it — no more lost or unaccounted-for packages.

How it works

Scan an existing carrier barcode and TRAXsuite identifies the recipient automatically from the shipping label. A pre-drafted or custom notification goes out, and the recipient can be routed to direct delivery, an assigned drop location, or a smart locker. Every handoff is recorded for a complete chain of custody.

Reporting and audit

Downloadable reports and a simple search dashboard make it easy to answer “where is my package?” questions and to audit volumes by recipient, department, or location. The interface is built to be picked up by mailroom staff with minimal training.
