FP Smart Lockers

Overview

FP Smart Lockers are a simple, modern way to manage parcel, mail, and asset deliveries. Cloud-based management software gives administrators end-to-end visibility while recipients pick up their packages on their own schedule — 24/7/365 — with a phone notification and a QR code. No app download is required, and dropping a package off takes less than a minute, freeing mailroom and front-desk staff to focus on more important work.

How it works

When a parcel arrives, an operator scans it into the system and places it in an available locker. The recipient gets an automated notification with a one-time QR code; they scan it at the kiosk and the right door pops open. Every event is logged in real time and synced to FP’s TRAXsuite parcel-tracking platform, so inquiries, audits, and analytics all share one source of truth.

Modular and brandable

Locker banks are modular — mix locker sizes and counts to match your delivery profile, and add capacity later as volume grows. Indoor and outdoor configurations are both supported, with optional rain shelters, motion-activated outdoor lighting, and custom wraps that put your branding on the front of the bank. Temperature-controlled compartments are available for grocery and meal-kit deliveries, and ADA-compliant layouts are part of every configuration so deployments meet accessibility requirements out of the box.
